The housing is compact, designed to drop into standard countertop cutouts, and a 1/4-turn quick-connect makes swaps straightforward.
Why it works at the pass
In a busy pizzeria or bakery, the pass is where heat bleeds away fastest. Mount the IR emitter above the slice tray or warming shelf, and it keeps cheese stretchy, toppings hot, and crust crisp—without the sogginess you get from steam-heavy holding cabinets. What to keep in mind
IR emitters work best with direct line-of-sight. Stacked pans or deep containers can shadow the food and dial back the effectiveness. Clearance to combustible surfaces matters. Leave the recommended gap, and keep the emitter clean so the quartz tube stays efficient. For steady, repeatable service, pair the emitter with a thermostat or countertop controller so delicate items don’t overheat.
