Material & Design: Halogen, Coating, and Connectors
Inside the quartz tube, the halogen element holds steady over time. It shrugs off vibration and the constant shock of heating up and cooling down, so you don’t get surprise burnouts. We added a special coating on the quartz surface to smooth out hot spots and keep wear-and-tear low, even when you flip the power on and off a lot. And for the wiring? It comes with an R7s connector. That means a quick hookup and a clean swap-in when you’re replacing an existing unit on standard mounting hardware.
