What matters technically This is a short-wave infrared emitter built around a quartz tube, rated 3000W at 575V, engineered to match the electrical and thermal profile of blow molding machine heaters. The 575V rating isn’t arbitrary—it keeps current within the machine’s original control range, which protects transformers, contactors, and your PID tuning. The 3000W output gives you fast, repeatable heating, so the heating tunnel recovers quickly after a jam clears or a quick stop. You get rapid thermal response and stable output across the preform heating window. On PET stretch blow molding lines, preform heating sets the pace. If the heater can’t hold temperature, you either slow the wheel or ship bottles with inconsistent wall thickness. This lamp drops in as a 1:1 fit on machines that use quartz infrared heaters—same mounting, same wiring, same thermal footprint.
